Maintenance Mechanic

Job Snapshot:

The Maintenance Mechanic performs the more complex plumbing, electrical and carpentry maintenance and repairs such as replacing solenoid valves, switches, relays, and thermostats, rewiring appliances, constructing partitions and small out buildings, and installing plumbing pipe and related plumbing fixtures. Performs general painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, such as unstopping clogged sinks, drains, and garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, replacing cord caps, buffer switches, and light switches; makes minor repairs to heating, refrigeration, air conditioning units, and other electrical equipment; repairs damaged walls and doors; paints inside and outside building walls; replaces windows; refinishes and repairs furniture. Provides outdoor seasonal maintenance as needed, including but not limited to snow removal and lawn care when appropriate.

Sales & Business Development Manager

Reports to: VP of Sales & Business Development

Job Snapshot:

Protect profit & contribution margins submit estimates to prospects & client base. Manage, organize & execute suspect, prospect and client progression to company's CRM. Research & qualify potential leads by use of technical & phone skills via internet, social media, Reference USA, IndustryNet, etc. Initiate & execute email bursts and phone calls. Sell into all company vertical market strengths. Present live or via conference call &/or video conferencing with no reservation, fear of rejection or slow down at all procurement levels. Provide business development reports & bid analysis on sales/business development activity. Provide a smooth & seamless prospect to client transition from sales/business development to account management.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation

  • Be innovative, analytical and adaptable to client life cycle

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years sales experience in closely related field

Sales, Marketing & Business Development Assistant

Bradford & Bigelow is looking for an outgoing, efficient, organized and self-motivated individual to join and support our Sales Team. This position does not require any specific combination of experience and/or education – If you possess the desire to work in a collaborative sales support role, possess the general minimal skill set, a fantastic attitude, and an eagerness to learn – please read below for more information.

Job Snapshot:

The Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Assistant will work closely with and support members of the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team and will report directly to the VP of Sales & Business Development with the ultimate goal of providing administrative support and a smooth & seamless transition of information to other team members. As part of this role, he or she will assist with marketing/graphic design campaigns, presentations, marketing print & electronic collateral and communication to prospective and current customers, and track and direct potential leads by use of phone & technical skills via various social media platforms. He or she will provide the team with business development reports & bid analysis information.

The successful candidate will be creative, innovative, self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently, with guidance, and as part of a team.
