Since joining the Human Resources team, Estefanie has been a trusted resource for employees across the company. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting both our team members and the organization have made her an invaluable part of B&B.
As HR Coordinator, Estefanie played an important role in employee onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR operations. Through her willingness to take on new responsibilities and continuously expand her knowledge, she has earned the respect of her colleagues and demonstrated the leadership qualities needed for her new position.
In her role as Assistant HR Manager, Estefanie will continue supporting employees while taking on additional leadership responsibilities and helping shape HR initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture. Her experience and passion for helping others make her well-suited for this next step in her career.
