Bradford & Bigelow recently joined book manufacturing professionals from across the industry at **Book Manufacturing Mastered**, hosted by the **Book Manufacturers’ Institute (BMI)**. The event brought together manufacturers, suppliers and publishing professionals for conversations around the evolving book manufacturing landscape, including production, technology, efficiency and the challenges facing the industry today. ”K-12 educational business is currently seeing a significant resurgence and is performing exceptionally well. Growth in the industry is further evidenced by the opening of over 500 new independent bookstores in the US last year,” noted Sean Stanford, Business Development Manager. For the Bradford & Bigelow team, the event was an opportunity to connect with industry peers, meet with current and prospective partners, and share more about the company’s approach to book manufacturing. “We value opportunities like Book Manufacturing Mastered because they give us a chance to step away from the day-to-day and have meaningful conversations about where the industry is going and how we can continue helping our customers navigate those changes,” said Imanol Cortazar, B&B President. Bradford & Bigelow’s team also had the opportunity to discuss the company’s capabilities, from commercial book printing and binding to warehousing and distribution. With continued investment in technology, equipment and manufacturing processes, B&B remains focused on providing efficient, reliable solutions for educational publishers. The event reinforced the value of bringing the book manufacturing community together to exchange ideas, discuss industry challenges and build relationships that extend well beyond the show floor. We’re grateful to the Book Manufacturers’ Institute for bringing the industry together and look forward to continuing the conversation. ## Ready to talk about your next book project?
