In addition to the environmental benefits, Baldwin’s LED/UV technology, with minimal heat, provides a better quality product with no web growth and runs at top-notch speed, according to Jonathan Fore, Baldwin’s Director of Product Management “This successful launch has been a team effort and we are very grateful to our partners who made this startup a great success,” stated John Galligan, B&B CEO. It marks the company’s second manroland Goss web offset press install within the past four years, according to Rick Dunn, B&B EVP. “The manroland Goss engineering team did a terrific job adjusting the press design to integrate the LED/UV technology. And the on-site support of manroland Goss, AMS/Baldwin, and Universal Color was terrific,” Dunn said. “Challenges came up and our partners worked together and promptly addressed and resolved the issues,” added Mike Daugherty, B&B Press Manager. B&B has been a client of both AMS/Baldwin and manroland Goss for several years. “We are delighted to see B&B embrace our advanced LED/UV system and serve as the beta site for this breakthrough technology,” pointed out Craig Black, Baldwin VP of Sales – Americas.  “ This is truly a monumental environmental advance with worldwide impact, making web printing far more sustainable,” stated Jason Elliott, VP of Sales at manroland Goss Americas. B&B has been a pioneer in the usage of UV inks for the past 17 years, pointed out Kevin Coneeny, President of Universal  Color. “B&B’s expertise and knowledge have made this technological advance for the industry possible. We are honored to have Bradford & Bigelow as a highly valued client.” ## Experience the future of print [Get a Quote](https://www.bradford-bigelow.com/quote) ![](https://www.bradford-bigelow.com/hubfs/EK%20Headshot%20yellow%20bg.png) [mailto:](mailto:) ##### Emily Kotecki Emily is the Marketing Manager at Bradford & Bigelow, where she leads brand strategy and content development that helps publishers navigate the world of print and fulfillment.
