How do I access the customer portal?
Log in to track your jobs in real-time and see exactly where your order is in production
As a Bradford & Bigelow customer, you have live access to your jobs through our customer portal with no need to call or email for a status update. At any point during production, you can log in and see exactly where your order stands in our workflow.
Getting access
Your portal login credentials are provided when your account is set up with Bradford & Bigelow. If you haven't received your login information or need it resent, contact our customer service team and we'll get you set up.

Once logged in, you'll have live visibility into your active jobs and their current production status. Job status reflects where your order is in our workflow in real-time, so what you see is always current.
