# What information do I need to provide for a fulfillment order?

## Learn how to place a fulfillment order through Bradford & Bigelow's warehouse management system.

Placing a fulfillment order with Bradford & Bigelow is handled through the warehouse management system's shopping cart interface. Here's what you need to have ready before you place an order.

**What you'll need**
To place a fulfillment order, have the following ready:

- **Items and quantities** — the specific titles or SKUs you want shipped and the quantity of each
- **Shipping destination** — the full delivery address, including school or district name, attention line if applicable, and zip code
- **Shipping method** — your preferred carrier or service level if applicable
- **Any special instructions** — packing notes, delivery requirements, or order reference numbers your organization uses for reconciliation

**How to place an order**
Log in to Bradford & Bigelow's warehouse management system and use the shopping cart to select the items you want shipped. Enter your destination and any relevant order details, then submit. B&B's fulfillment team will pick, pack, and ship your order.

If you need help accessing the warehouse management system, see our article on how to log in to the warehouse management system.

**Tracking your order**
Once your order ships, tracking is available through the warehouse management system via integration with major carriers.
